The Human Resources Department is responsible for filling the personnel needs of the district with qualified certificated and classified employees. All employees must get a fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice prior to starting work in the District.

Substitute teachers must hold or be eligible to apply for a valid California Public School teaching credential or an Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit (requires bachelor's degree and passage of the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST). Classified employees are those who provide support services to the staff and students and includes clerical staff, bus drivers, custodians, maintenance, instructional assistants, food services and many more. Coaches are hired for each season’s sports. Each school’s Athletic Director may be contacted for specific needs.
