The District's maintenance department repairs and maintains the buildings of all four school sites as well as the District Support Services Center, over 700,000 square feet of buildings in all.

The forces include 6 general building maintenance personnel at the sites, 1 lead maintenance, 2 electricians, 2 painters, and a carpenter. Some of the main activities of the maintenance crew include door repair and replacement, lock and key replacement, lighting changes, minor roof repairs, graffiti cleanup, heating system troubleshooting and repair, classroom equipment repair and replacement (desks, chairs, pencil sharpeners, overhead projectors, and projection screens), and plumbing repairs and replacements.

Each site has a plant a manager who is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and cleaning of that site. Additionally, the plant manager arranges all events for the site so that there is one central contact for the scheduling, setup, and cleanup of each event. There can be as many as 200 events per month at each school site.
