The Santa Maria Joint Union High School District's Citizens' Bond Oversight Committe established its bylaws in 2005. These bylaws guide the governance of this committee.

The Committee annually produces a report to the community reporting on the expenditures of the district on C 2004 Bond fund revenues. Each annual report is published within 60 days of the end of each fiscal year and made available for public review at the district office, located at 2560 Skyway, Santa Maria, CA., or on the district's website.
